SAN JOSE, CA - Januaruy 23, 2002 - ADLM Gaming announced today the 
launch of PlayAndDeal.com (http://www.playanddeal.com), the first 
peer-to-peer online casino in the world. The new service allows users 
to play casino games for money against each other. Members can choose 
the role of dealer or player. PlayAndDeal.com operates on the 1.5%-2% 
commission it collects on all wagers.
